I am so happy to say that we now have a predictable, easy-to-implement financial planning process which allows me to spend about 1 hour a week taking care of the finances of the company. I also love that the information (bills, revenue, etc. ) no longer lays on my mind, but opens up my time to do what I do best—see clients and build better relationships with the professionals who send business to our firm.
